Our firm consists of three attorneys supported by experienced legal professionals.
J. Michael Jones focuses on civil litigation and criminal defense. His experience includes the successful handling of several multimillion-dollar personal injury cases and over 20 high-profile felony cases, including homicide trials. Mr. Jones has supervised multinational litigation and handled multijurisdictional work throughout the United States on behalf of a large corporation and other clients, including antitrust actions, a stockholder derivative action and insurance claim defense.
Peter K. Skivington handles criminal defense and personal injury cases, and provides advice and services in estate planning, real estate and other areas of law. As a former assistant district attorney in Monroe County, he handled a range of cases ranging from DWI to serious felonies. He serves as village justice in Honeoye Falls, New York.
