Gregory J. McCaffrey, Esq. is an associate who joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Greg served nearly five years as an Assistant District Attorney for Monroe County, where he was responsible for prosecuting crimes throughout the greater Rochester area. His experience included the prosecution of thousands of cases, ranging from minor violations and misdemeanors to major felonies, including violent crimes. Greg has successfully prosecuted hundreds of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) cases, and has extensive courtroom experience, which includes jury trials.
